The Osage County District Attorney’s Office is dedicated to enforcing the law, prosecuting criminal offenses, and serving as a voice for justice in our community. Prosecute Criminal Cases – Representing the State of Oklahoma in felony and misdemeanor cases, ensuring justice is served in accordance with the law.
Victim Advocacy & Support – Working closely with victims and their families to provide support, resources, and guidance throughout the legal process.
Legal Counsel for County Officials – Providing legal guidance to county offices, law enforcement, and public officials on matters affecting Osage County.
Juvenile & Special Prosecutions – Handling juvenile cases, domestic violence, drug offenses, and other specialized prosecutions to protect vulnerable individuals and promote rehabilitation when possible.
Law Enforcement Coordination – Partnering with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to investigate crimes, gather evidence, and ensure effective prosecution.
Community Protection & Public Safety – Working to prevent crime through legal action, education, and partnerships with community organizations.
